Each session is individualized, drawing from a variety of modalities. We work with you to develop routines specifically for your own body architecture.
If your goal is to stretch, strengthen, release or establish new movement patterns we will guide you through slow, purposeful, expertly designed sessions that will transform your body and mind.

DUETS
Single session / Walk in - $60.00 per student
Package of five sessions - $400.00
Package of ten sessions - $500.00
Similar to Private sessions, duets offer the same, detailed and individualized design but with a friend or partner. Duets may introduce several pieces of Pilates equipment during each session including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability-Chair, Barrels, Springboard and other specialized props and equipment.

GROUP REFORMER
All sessions $40.00
Experience the Pilates Reformer in a small group setting. Classes are designed with students specific needs in mind. We will improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability and coordination. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes. Classes will have no more than 7 students to allow the instructor to give individual attention and any modifications necessary. For new clients we require 1 to 2 introductory private sessions for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us!
MAT PILATES
All sessions $25.00
Mat classes involve performing Pilates exercises on the floor. Exercises are performed in a slow, controlled and precise manner. Classes often include Pilates equipment such as light weights, Pilates rings and resistance bands. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goal include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, and body-mind awareness.
