C. Pilates is a full service Pilates studio located in downtown Bay Harbor, Michigan. We offer Reformer and Mat group classes as well as private or duet sessions that utilize varieties of Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Stability-Chair, Cadillac, Springboard & Barrels. We specialize in postural and corrective therapy as well as assisted stretching. In addition to Pilates we also host a series of Yoga classes. Virtual appointments are also available by request.
